Five Forks Methodist Church is a member of the Global Methodist Church (GMC). We are a multigenerational church with one worship service - Sundays at 9:30 AM. We offer both traditional and contemporary worship styles/music, alternating throughout the month.

We believe in the Holy Trinity: God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We believe in Jesus Christ - that He was born of the Virgin Mary, died on the cross and rose again to save us from our sins, and He will return again to earth and reign as King of Kings.
We believe the Bible - both Old and New Testaments - as the very word of God and recognize it as the highest authority for our lives.
We believe the Church is the community of people who follow Christ. It is meant to be united, faithful to the apostles’ teaching, and open to all believers. The church exists to worship God, help people grow spiritually, and work for healing and renewal in the world.
We believe in the Sacraments of Baptism and The Lord's Supper.
We believe in the Great Commission - that it is our duty to obey Christ in making disciples of all people.
We believe that Salvation is a gift that comes from God, and cannot be earned. It is found only in Jesus Christ and is available to all persons who choose to accept it.
We believe that all people are made in the image of God.
We believe in the sanctity of marriage, which God has ordained between a man and a woman.
Five Forks Methodist Church was born in 2024 out of a season of challenge—and the clear movement of the Holy Spirit. From our very first service, we’ve been a church committed to growing faithful Disciples of Christ in every stage of life.
We began with no name, no building, and no budget—but with a bold commitment to Scripture and a clear call to go and make disciples. What followed was a journey of prayer, discernment, and dedication. As ministries were formed and leaders were called, a church family began to grow. Since June of 2024 we've been meeting in our current space, 901 Holland Rd., which was always designed to be our temporary space.
God has continued to provide and we have now purchased land for our permanent home at 516 Godfrey Road, Simpsonville, SC. We hope to break ground in summer of 2026.
We believe discipleship is a lifelong walk with Christ rooted in prayer, scripture, service, encouragement, and compassion. At Five Forks, there’s a place for everyone. We would love for you to find your place in the story God is writing here.
